Delivery & Returns


If you are in the UK then we will send your items out, free via Royal Mail, 2nd class.  If you are outside the UK then we will send out via a Royal Mail International service for a small shipping fee.
All orders are sent 3-5 days after your order is placed.
If you would like us to ship to an alternative address rather than your registered billing address, simply supply an alternative delivery address when checking out.
Please note: The Billing address must be the address your payment card is registered to. PO Box addresses may not be accepted.



You may return most items in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging. If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day you receive the goods), and you then have 14 days to return the items.

If you are unhappy for any reason please contact us so we can resolve this for you. If you would like a refund please contact us and we can arrange for you to send them back to us. This has to be received 14 days from the date you have received your order. Please note that we do not offer refunds for custom orders, for example anything you have personalised. If you change your mind we are happy to refund you on non personalised orders, please note that we do not offer refunds on your postage cost unless the order is wrong or faulty.
